Delivery

Timing

Delivery will normally take place within 3 working days of the date of the Acknowledgement of Order. Croxford Wine Estates Limited will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Product within 3 working days, and unless it is otherwise agreed in writing, the Customer shall not be entitled to cancel the order in whole or in part on the grounds of delayed delivery howsoever caused, nor shall the Customer be entitled to claim damages or compensation. In the event that Croxford Wine Estates limited is unable to make delivery within 3 working days, we will contact the Customer and keep them updated accordingly.

If the Customer is not available at the time of delivery, Croxford Wine Estates Limited delivery agents will leave a card requesting the Customer to arrange a more convenient delivery time.

Signature Required

A signature is required and, at the courier’s discretion, a suitable form of ID, which the Customer must be ready to present on delivery of an Order.
If the courier is unable to successfully deliver your Order, they will leave instructions for re-booking delivery.

If a Customer is unable to comply with an ID request for any reason, the courier may be unable to deliver the Order and Croxford Wine Estates will not be responsible for any re-delivery charges arising as a result of having to rearrange delivery of that Order.

Delivery Fee

There is no minimum product Order for delivery.

Delivery fee is £8.00
Delivery fees are subject to change.

Delivery Locations

Croxford Wine Estates is unable to deliver to the Channel Islands or destinations outside the UK.
